He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Silberman and Bess Silberman; his close friend Angela Schwartz; his children, Matthew Silberman (Tanya Notkoff), Valerie Silberman and Sam Silberman (Aiden Silberman); his grandchildren, Shayne Elizabeth and Chayton Hale; his sister Elaine Bender (Rick); his sister-in-law Judy Shetley; his uncle Bud; his aunt Dale Pessin; and also Susan Hartman Silberman.

Memorial contributions preferred to the American Heart Association, the St. Louis Bridge Center, or Evelyn's House.
