He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward I. Polinsky and Dorothy Polinsky (Samuels); and his sister Eileen Polinsky. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Sobel Polinsky; his son Dr. Barry Polinsky (Randi); his grandchildren, Erin Rubin (Andrew), Dr. Adam Polinsky and Daniel Polinsky; his great grandchildren, Olivia Rubin and Jaxson Rubin; and his sisters, Marcia Wiesman (Mel) and Ellen Goldstein.
