She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Smith; and her siblings, Vivien Falk, Barbara and Bernard Bold. She is survived by: her children, Murray, Heidi, Lori and Alan "Pip" Smith; her children-in-law, Wendy Smith, Theresa Smith and Richard Kranzberg; her grandchildren, Cameron, Michael, Joshua, Shannon, Kimmi, Tom, David, Sara, Jeffrey, Claire, Samantha, Nick and Zac; and her brother Ernest.

A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery (650 White Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017).
