She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Cook and Edith R. Cook; her husband Gene O'Brien; her siblings, Sam Cook and Sherry Lowe; and her grandson Daniel O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin O'Brien (Amy), Mike O'Brien and Patti Bellassai (Serge); and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Courtney, Patrick, Molly, Katie, Nikki, Kelly, Joel and Logan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
