She is survived by: her husband Rick Tash; her sons, Andrew Tash (Katelyn) and Alexander Tash; her siblings, Lynn Middleman Lehr (Larry) and Ronnie Middleman Cooper; her nephews, Joshua Lehr and Zachary Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Howard Tash and Liz Kauffman.
