He is survived by: his wife Lynne Starr Lines; his brother-in-law David Starr (Mary); his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Starr (Michael Lichtenheld) and Matthew Starr; his mother-in-law Betty Starr; and his close friends, Dana (Joseph), Jeremy and Shelby Fleming.
