He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Sue Gordon Chazen; his children, Andy Chazen (Cori), Alan Chazen, Lisa Chazen Howe (Randy), Jordan Chazen, Emily Chazen, Samantha Chazen and Sydney Howe; his brothers, Melvin Chazen (late Dottie) and Allan Chazen (Gayle); and his nieces and nephews, Avery Chazen, Jamie Chazen and Jeffrey Chazen.
