He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Stone; his children, Jeffrey Stone and Beth Stone; his grandchildren, Jacob Stone, Joshua Stone and Abigail Stone; his sister Linda Wolfson (Michael); his sister-in-law Linda Jones (Tom); and his daughter-in-law Amy Stone.

A graveside service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the United Hebrew Cemetery (7855 Canton Ave, University City, MO 63130). A shiva was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the United Hebrew Temple (13788 Conway Rd, St. Louis, MO 63141).
