He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol Hoffman and Rose Hoffman; his wife Joyce Hoffman; and his siblings, Clara Routman (late Sam), Adele Sandler (late Ben), Morris Hoffman (late Theresa), Manuel Hoffman (late Pearl), Herman Hoffman (late Ida) and Estelle Fischer (late Edwin).
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Hoffman and Joel Hoffman; his grandchildren, Lindsay Ruck, Avi, Abby and Akiva Hoffman; and his siblings, Gloria Bohrer (late Samuel) and Sidney Gerstein. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
