It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Allen Franzel (Olivette, Missouri), who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Franzel and Esther Brasler; and his grandson Jacob Franzel. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Franzel; his children, Dee Mintz (Steven), Michael Franzel (Sue) and Aaron Franzel (Ellen); his grandchildren, Rachel Mintz (Jacob Tarabar), Caryn Mintz, Rebekah Kutten (Robert), Sarah Franzel and Micah Franzel; his great grandchild Mason Tarabar; and his sister Marilyn Franzel.

Memorial contributions preferred to Friends of Kids with Cancer.
