He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Unger; his children, Daniel, John, Joseph, Mary Evans (Tim), David (Jenny), Thomas (Sohaila) and Frank Unger (Robin); and his grandchildren, Abby, Samara, Zack, Nora, Benjamin, Jesse and Peter.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Charities of St. Louis or a charity of one's choice, appreciated.
