He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Frank and Madeline Frank; his sister Cynthia Frank Huseman; and his parents-in-law, Dr. Murray and Eileen Chinsky.

He is survived by: his children-in-law, Jennifer Frank and Eric Frank (Brandy); and his grandsons, Isaac "Leo" Frank and Simon Frank.

Memorial contributions preferred to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Tourette's Syndrome Association.
