She is survived by: her spouse Colman Bank; her sons, Dr. Adam Bank (Vivi) and Jason Bank (Bluma Sheindl); and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Danny, Moshe, Chasdeya, Yehoshua and Moriyah Bank.
