It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Edward Osalkowski (Olivette, Missouri), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on May 18, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julie Hensley (Wendell) and Lawrence Osalkowski (Janet); his brother James Osalkowski (Lilibeth); and his nephew Ethan Osalkowski.
