He is survived by: his wife Candace Homan Bromund; his children, Lesly Czajkowski (Mark), Michelle Hurt (Jason) and Ryan Conkwright (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jordan Czajkowski, Riley, Gavin Hurt, Dylan, Makenzie Conkwright, Allyson Finkeldey (Doug) and Brett Czajkowski; his sisters, Sandra Conkwright Brubaker (Stephen) and Denise Homan; his son Christopher Curtis; his brother Jack R. Conkwright; his parents-in-law, Tom and Anita Knafl; and also Jamie Brubaker-Dahl (Andrew). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, sisters, niece, many cousins and friends.
