It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Kieffer (Olivette, Missouri), who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jo Kieffer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Kenneth C. Kieffer and John E. Gilliam; and her parents, Pearl Jo's (Clarence Jurgesmeyer) and Betty Jo's. She is survived by: her children, John Gilliam and Beverly Gilliam Taki; her grandson Adam Taki (Natalie); her great grandchild Gemma Dove Taki; and her cousins, John and Mildred Owings (Millie).

In Lieu of flowers, Memorials to the American Legion Scholarship and Veterans Fund, Post #397 are welcome and appreciated.
