He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shavarsh Mkrtychyan and Iskhui Mkrtychyan; his spouse Elmira Mkrtychyan; his children, Garri Mkrtychyan (Bella) and Zara Bunyatov (Michael); and his grandchildren, Evelina Mkrtychyan and Anna Bunyatova (Salvatore La Ferla).
