She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Podell and Albert Podell; and her brother Donald Podell. She is survived by: her husband Paul Weil; her daughters, Cynthia Connolly and Leslie Masaki (Stephen); her grandchildren, Alyce, Julia and Jack Connolly; and her daughters, Hale and Sela Masaki.

Memorial contributions preferred to Congregation Shaare Emeth or Congregation Temple Israel.
