She is survived by: her husband Raymond Zavack; her daughters, Lori Kutilek (Eric) and Stephanie Brockmann (Chris); her grandchildren, Sara, Ian Kutilek, Emily, Kaylie and Kara Brockmann; her sister Marlene Hooper (John); and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Silverman (late Jerry) and Sanford Zavack.
