He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillips and Melba Phillips; and his siblings, Benjamin Leon Phillips and Miriam Moss. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Rene Koons (Tom Koons) and Hal Phillips; his sister-in-law Carole Phillips; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Nora, Natalie and Nolan Koons.
