She is survived by: her father John Coffman; her children, Stephanie Weinzapfel (Daniel), Kaitlyn Graham (Tyler), Jean Lively (Adam) and John Berry (Samantha); her grandchildren, Madison, Megan, Anna, Mackenzie, Carter, Nellie, Johnny and Noah; and her siblings, Terrie Eckhoff, Dwain Coffman and John Coffman, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
