He is survived by: his wife Linda Phillips (Garroutte); his children, Cindy Hagerman (Debbie Floyd) of Ackerly, TX, Shannon Phillips, Sr. of Olean, MO and Teresa Sexton (Herbert Tremaine); his grandchildren, Shannon Phillips, Jr., Jalin Bolinger (Clint), Stevie Morris (Robert) and Zach Phillips; his son-in-law Billy Sexton; and his sisters, Wanda Duncan and Ruth Emery. He is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren.
