It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman Ray Black Jr. of Oldfield, Missouri, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rueben, Loretta Black, Mary Ann Bledsoe, Howard "Spike" and Joan Spicer.
He is survived by: his parents, Debra Spicer of Oldfield and Thurman Black, Sr. (Betty) of Texas; his brother Larry Black (Belinda) of Texas; his son Branton Lee Black; his stepsons, Briston and Blaine Cross; his goddaughters, Emily Bentz, Kimberlee Tennis and Stephanie Magruder; and his grandmother Yvonne Spicer of Oldfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and countless friends.
