He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mense; his sons, Don Mense (Cheri), Dale Mense (Jennifer) and Carl Mense (Nancy); his grandchildren, Danielle Cook (Josh), Kelly Mense, Luke Mense, Cody Mense, Tyler Mense (Rebecca), Alayna Mense, Alyssa Mense, Anna Stanton, Natalie Stanton, Leona Mense, Lilah Mense, Lydia Mense and Levi Mense; his great grandchildren, Elijah Mora, Kennedy Mense and Kenzley Mense; his siblings, Mary Jane Kuester (Jim), Dick Mense (Diane), Margie Finklang (Mike) and Jim Mense (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Schieffer (Maria), Janice Beckwith (Mark), Russel Schieffer, Tina Phillips and Brenda Ludy. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Parish (110 Maryknoll Rd, Old Monroe, MO 63369). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 121 Maryknoll Rd, Old Monroe, MO 63369.
