He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Hemmersmeyer Hoelting and Edward Hoelting; his siblings, Marita Gnade and Edward Hoelting; his grandson Daniel Ilgenfritz; and his son Steven Hoelting (Julie).
He is survived by: his children, Bill Hoelting (Lisa) of Moscow Mills, MO, Jerry Hoelting (Patty) of Old Monroe, Margie Tipton (Dave) of Truxton, MO, Paula Ilgenfritz (John) of Old Monroe and Carolyn Sommerlad (Russell) of Foley, MO; and his sister Janice Knapp of Old Monroe. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carter-Ricks Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (110 Maryknoll Rd, Old Monroe, MO 63369).
