He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Francis Boyer and Rosie C. Boyer (Pickett); his wife Veronica Boyer; his sons, Kevin Lee Boyer and Rolla Boyer; and his brothers, Richard, Robert and Joe Boyer.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Dover and Leroy Boyer Jr. (Shirley); his grandchildren, Shannon Rector, Leroy Adam Boyer, Tiffany Boyer, Chad Boyer and Candace Davis; and his siblings, Janie Johnson, Roger Boyer (Pam), Donald Boyer (Joyce) and Michael "Pete" Boyer (Evelyn). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
