He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph Govero and Mary Susan Govero (Sampson); his sisters, Josephine Blount and Mary Warden; his brothers-in-law, Ervin Bone, Eugene Wills, Wayne Blount and Leonard "Jiggs" Thebeau; his great-niece Lauren Blount; and also Nicholas Powers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Aurelia Wills, Irene Thebeau, Verna Coleman (Roger), Teresa Giratos (Michael), Sharon Brown (Pat), Chad Govero (Patricia) and Lawrence Govero (Janet); and his brother-in-law Lawrence Warden. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
