It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thavuis Lewis in OFallon, Missouri, born in Mill Spring, Missouri, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurlin Lewis and Grace Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Shelba; his close friend Chuck Rucker; his children, Kevin Lewis (Cheryl) and Rachel Lewis (Chris Ropers); his grandchildren, Michelle Huegel (Joshua), Christina Lewis, Elisabeth Lewis, Rebecca Lewis, Timothy Lewis, Danielle Miller (Jesse), Benjamin Mullins, Killion Lewis-Foot, Kyrie Rathe (Chase), Koltlynn Ramsey, Kameron Ramsey and Thomas Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Cai, Avyn, Azariah, Serenity Huegel, Jordyn, Kevin, Riley Hermann, Lincoln, William, Michael Miller, Ben Mullins and Alice Rathe.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Bible Church (173 Pieper Rd, O'Fallon, MO 63366). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
