She is survived by: her parents, James Phillips and Rebecca Kuhn; her husband Ryan Wheeler; her children, Emma Wheeler and Wyatt Wheeler; her siblings, Amanda Phillips, Larry Phillips, Santino Phillips, Jiezel Phillips, Jill Poggendorf, Jolina Kuhn, Blake Kuhn, Catalina Kuhn, Joe Erkhe and Andrew Simmons; her children, Rick and Debbie Wheeler; and also Ozzie. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, nieces, nephew and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to O'Fallon Christian Church where Stefanie and Ryan have been members for more than 15 years.
