He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sandie Palmer; his parents, Paul Palmer and Jeanette Palmer; his children, Emelie Clohessy (Chris), Bill Palmer (Lisa), Katie Manlove (Eric), Robbie Palmer and Jamie Palmer (Shelby); his grandchildren, Rylie Sullins, Amelia Sullins, Ashleigh Clohessy, Kaylee Clohessy, Troy Clohessy, Caeden Palmer, Cale Palmer, Cassidy Palmer, Patrick Manlove, Wyatt Manlove, Quintin Manlove, Cohen Palmer and Rorie Palmer; and his siblings, David Palmer (Lynne), Beth, Becky Moore (Kevin), Mary Kay Leiper (Dave) and Dennis Palmer (Pat). He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
