He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Antey; his children, John Stephens (Joan), Megan Stephens, Christin Bujnak (Dennis) and Melissa Skrivan (Tony); his grandchildren, Molly Stephens, Emily Stephens, Jack Bujnak, Grace Bujnak, Bryce Skrivan and Callie Skrivan; and his siblings, Joseph Stephens (Tricia), Thomas Stephens (Pam), Nancy Stephens, John Stephens (Erin), Kathleen Rubin (Joe) and Karen Clark (Doug).
