She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" A. Kennedy; her parents, John Bober and Mary Bober; and her brother Larry Bober. She is survived by: her son Andrew Joseph Charles Kennedy; and her granddaughter Rachel Mary Kennedy.

Memorials may be made in Regina's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
