He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Robbins and Catherine Hollinger Bowling; and his granddaughter Kara Westhoff. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Robbins of O'Fallon; his children, Medina Norris of O'Fallon, Jason Robbins (Jamie) of Clarksville, MO and Rhiannon Westhoff (Tim) of Winfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Kyle Norris, John Stassi, Luke Westhoff, Layla Westhoff and Lorelei Westhoff. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
