He is survived by: his wife Julie Mauzy; his children, Dr. Victoria Mauzy (Johnathan Jennings) and Matthew Mauzy; his siblings-in-law, Lisa DuBois (Dave) and Ben Pavia (Jill); and his cousin Jim Mayberry (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
