With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Thomas Jacobs of OFallon, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 13, 2023 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Jacobs and Debra Jacobs; his spouse Jade Nicole Jacobs; his children, Tyler Jacobs, Jaxon Jacobs and Faith Pigeon; and his brothers, Joseph and Scott Jacobs.
