She was predeceased by: her mother Denise Boylan (Schneider). She is survived by: her father George Boylan; her child Remi Lynn Thies (Zane Thies); her significant other Zane Thies; her grandmother Patricia Boylan; her brothers, Lowell Boylan (Julie) and Drew Boylan (Rachel); and her child Cassiel Thies. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to a gofundme in Claire's name to benefit her children in their future education needs.
