He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hazel Rickett and Milard. He is survived by: his spouse Carra Tilley; his parents, Thomas Tilley and Diana Tilley; his parents-in-law, Joe and Karen Lay; his children, Kayla Tilley, Nolan Tilley and Mason Tilley; his sibling-in-law Keely Manne (Jason); his uncles, Bob Rickett and Bill Tilley; his aunt Phyllis Goodwin; his grandparents, Gene and Marie Tilley; his grandfather-in-law Shirley Tyree; and his nieces, Anna and Lily.
