She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley J. Wallace and Myrtle L. Tyrey; her grandchild Kelly Ziegler (Russell); her siblings, Avery L. Wallace, Leon J. Wallace, Mary J. Freeman (Wallace) and Avis J. Harrison (Wallace); and her stepparents, Doris Wilburn and Walter L. Provance.
She is survived by: her spouse Harley Eugene Wilburn; her children, Sandra (late Steven Richardson), Gary Wilburn (Terry), Steven Wilburn (Carolyn) and Keith Wilburn (Tamara); her grandchildren, Cara Smith (James), Stacey Decker (Jim), Jeff Wilburn, Heather Davis (Steven), Stacie Keene (Brad), Rebecca Bohn (Todd), Kaitlyn Wisa (Scott), Sara Ellison (Noah), Jennifer Eyler (Todd), Dan Oberle, Brandon Hansen (Brittany), Kayla Capuano, Rachael Capuano, Kyle Capuano, Keith Wilburn Jr. (Marissa), Amanda McGuire (Matthew) and Sandy Wilburn (Justin); and her siblings-in-law, Darryl Wilburn (Linda), Delores Sauget (late Art) and Barbara Goodman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Betty's name to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
