She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy "Wimpy" Whitehead and Nell Whitehead; and her children, Douglas "Woody" Duke and Rhonda Duke-Dixon. She is survived by: her husband Ray Duke; and her brothers, Bill Whitehead (Carole) and Tom Whitehead (Madeline).
