He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Lucy Arena Smith (Moss); and his wife Elizabeth Joy Worley. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Smith (Donna) and Angela "Beth" Imel (Charles); and his grandchildren, Alissa Griffing (Aaron), Joshua Smith and Michael Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ruegg Funeral Home-Piedmont (321 N Main St, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:20 PM at the Carson Hill Cemetery.
