She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Candela and Vincent Candela; and her brothers, Vincent Candela and Robert Candela. She is survived by: her husband Billy Yates; her children, Sharon Yates (Jeff Creacy Sr.), William Yates (Cheryl), Chuck Yates (Ellen) and Karon Goodrich (late Derek); and her sister Debra Barringer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (403 N Main St, O'Fallon, MO 63366).
