He was predeceased by : his parents, E. Thurston McNeel and Edith McNeel (VanMeter); his daughter Victoria McNeel; and his sister Judy Steelman. He is survived by : his wife Marilynn McNeel (Loeb) of Odessa; his children, Marcella Smith (Navarrio) of Odessa, Troy McNeel of Odessa, Teresa McNeel of Higginsville, Amanda McNeel of Blue Springs, MO, Kenneth Stinnett of Blue Springs, MO, Lisa Depew of Blue Springs, MO and Jeffrey Stinnett of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Stinnett (Julia), Megan Minnis (Cory), Chauncey Depew IV, Casey Depew, Hannah Terrill and Ava McNeel; his great grandchildren, Amelia Stinnett and Easton Minnis; and his siblings, Ray McNeel of Odessa, MO, Dwayne McNeel (Jeanette) of Independence, MO, Janice Anderson of Washington, MO and Audra Baker of Odessa, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
