With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma M. Watson (Odessa, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 24, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, George Watson and Jim Watson; her parents, Fred Riggs and Viola Riggs; and her siblings, Alberta Baker, Arlos Riggs, Emmett Riggs and Elmer Riggs.

She is survived by: her spouses, James C. Watson and Jim Watson; her children, Becky High (Roger) of Grain Valley, MO, Connie Koch (Mike) of Newtown, CT, Fred Watson (Teri) of Lawson, MO and Don Watson (Kathy) of Holden, MO; and her daughters-in-law, Marsha Watson and Alice Watson Ford. She is also survived by wife, mother, and grandmother, and loved helping her husband on their farm, raising her 6 children, and caring for their many farm animals.
