He was predeceased by: his parents, N. Patrick Flynn and Ruth Flynn. He is survived by: his friend Terry; his children, Marisa Todd (Robin) of Olympia, WA, Kelly Jefferis (Barb) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dawn Von Cramon (Benji) of Marietta, GA, Cory Flynn of Cornelia, GA and Kristin Hartman (Shane) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Megan Fulks, Britta Knudsen, Hannah Jefferis, Patrick Jefferis, Keaton Hartman and Emily Hartman; his great grandchildren, Rylynn Knudsen and Bowen Knudsen; and his siblings, Carol Braun, Dennis Flynn and Kevin Flynn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relative and friends.

Memorials are suggested to Mt Tabor United Methodist Church.
