She is survived by: her husband George Opitz; her children, Geoffrey E. Opitz of Odessa, MO, Jeremy D. Opitz (Cathy) of Kansas City, KS, Angela D. Ortiz of Kansas City, KS and Tamara L. Walkup (Osage) of Odessa, MO; her sisters, Cathy Krueger (Donnie) of Kansas City, KS and Amy Gott (Dwayne) of Kansas City, KS; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Bryant, Zachary, Mason, Angel and Lily. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
