He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Fullerton and Lula Whitaker; and his siblings, Bob, William, Kenneth, Richard Fullerton, Betty Still and Linda Fullerton.

He is survived by : his son Spencer Lane Fullerton (Jeralyn Allen) of Sedalia; and his siblings, James, Ron, Larry Fullerton, Jan Whitworth, Patty Beasley, Helen Hunter and Mary Eaton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
