She was predeceased by: her father Charles Delvin Cutshall. She is survived by: her mother Martha Louise Chushuk (Martin); her children, Samuel Poindexter (Bobi) of Bates City, MO and Jessica Nichole Summers (Chadwitiski) of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Trinity Poindexter, William Poindexter, Pearl Householder and Layne Kirk; and her siblings, Pam Buffalow (Bill), Mistie Hatmaker (Terry), Chuck Cutshall (Bernadette) and Lonnie Cutshall (Kelly). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
