He is survived by: his wife Mary Lorraine Buis (Wallis); his children, Brenda Ringo (C. Daniel "Dan") of Greenwood, MO, Michael "Mike" Buis (Anna) of Fort Worth, TX, Daniel "Danny" Buis (Samantha "Sam") of Blue Springs, MO and Lauren Millward (David "Dave") of Grain Valley, MO; his grandchildren, Levi Ringo (Megan), Logan Ringo, Jocelyn Ringo, Gabriella Ringo, Landon Ringo, Hailey Parker (Ammon), Carter Buis, Tatum Buis, Noah Buis, Evan Buis, Maci Buis, Maxwell Buis, David Millward, Katelynn Millward, Alexis Millward and Ethan Millward; and his sister Sandra "Sandy" Howald (Jessie) of Pocatello, ID. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
