He is survived by: his son Joseph McNeece of Oak Grove, MO; his father Robert Forest McNeece (Beatrice) of Odessa, MO; his grandsons, Aiden McNeece, Joseph Allen McNeece, Jr. and Brayden Kirk; and his siblings, Cathy Garcia (Steve) of El Cajon, Lori Nelson of Blue Springs, MO, Brenda Crawford of Odessa, MO, Wayne McNeece of Odessa, MO and David Barker of Odessa, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
