With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Dale Windsor (Odessa, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Mary Ann Bray Windsor; his wife Mary Jane Hull; his sister Rebecca Barton; and his daughter Debbie Stephenson.
He is survived by: his children, Tom George of Calhoun, MO and Robin Dyer (Marlon); his grandchildren, Shelly Long (Kevin), Donielle Stephenson (Bryan) of Shawnee, KS, Erica Shippy (Ryan) and Atticus Dyer (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Keagan Robert Long, Logan Long, Adi Truta, Roman Dyer, Ian Dyer, Laurel Dyer, June Shippy, Smith Shippy, Annabeth Shippy, Georgia Shippy, Mary Kate Shippy and Calvin Robert Shippy; his friend Deloris Jones; his brother JD Windsor (Vickie); his nephew Scott Windsor (Doni); and his great-nephews, Austin Windsor (Stephanie), Logan Windsor and Ethan Gooch.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home (306 S 2nd St, Odessa, MO 64076). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the New Horizon Presbyterian Church (4266 MO-131, Odessa, MO 64076).
